Madison Township Police Department Mission Statement

The mission of the Madison Township Police Department is to preserve the safety of the public, promote the orderly flow of traffic, investigate crime and to provide services in addition to law enforcement.

The police department’s mission shall include cooperation with other government agencies and those of the Charter Township of Madison. 

The Madison Township Police Department exists to support and preserve the quality of life for our residents, businesses and visitors.

Madison Charter Township Police will conduct security checks of your premises while you are away from home. For this service, you must complete a Vacation Property Check Form.

The Madison Township Police Department currently consists of the Chief of Police,one lieutenant, one Sergeant, three full-time Officers, and one part-time administrative assistant.
